The properties were planted in 2008 with Eucalyptus Nitens with a plantable area of some 425 Hectares. It is expected the volume of timber for harvesting is in the order of 80,000 gmt (approx). The property is offered to the market inclusive of the Plantation timber which is ready to be harvested.(Forest Practice Plan will need to be implemented).
