Crop Rotation: Two years cereal cropping, predominantly wheat and barley, followed by one year of medic pasture. Fencing: The property is divided into 13 main paddocks. Two smaller fenced areas are excluded from the lease. Fencing is considered to be in fair to good stock-proof condition. Water: Mains water is supplied to all paddocks, with troughs and holding tank. • Lease Term: Three years commencing 1 March 2027
• Land Use: Cropping and/or grazing permitted
• Fertiliser: The Lessee is required to apply a minimum of 55kg/ha of 18:20 (DAP) fertiliser per cropping season
• Water Costs: The Lessee is responsible for SA Water supply charges and water usage costs
