35 Heron Court

Auction pushed back a weeks to be able to show to fully Vacc’ed Buyers. Tucked away in a popular area in Katherine, this solid 3 bed, 1 bath with extra bathroom outside has lots to offer… it’s in need of some TLC but nothing a handyman couldn’t do… This property will be sold “where is as is” The build report and pest reports have been done. Please email and I’ll send them through… The Auction will be held on the 30th at 5pm through Gavl with Auctioneer Daniel Harris.

This solid house is a great starter, renovate and rent out… The Katherine market is in need of rental properties. Due to Lock down and Covid restrictions please call to find out more on the property.
