Every application is read by hand, usually within a few days. Nothing is published and nothing is scraped on the strength of the form alone.

We look at your site
We check that your listings are on pages we can read politely — one request every couple of seconds, your robots.txt respected, nothing behind a login.

We email you back
Either with what it would take to include you, or with an honest no and the reason. We reply to the address you give us and nowhere else.

Your listings appear as published
Price wording, description and agent as you wrote them, every photo shown from your own site with your name on it and a link back to your listing. Nothing is copied.
