Most sellers are through them in a quarter of an hour. You can stop after any step and come back — the draft is saved as you go.

Address
The street and the suburb. That fills in the postcode and the state, and it is how we find what similar homes near you are listed at.

The property
House or unit or land, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, the car spaces, the block size. Tick the features that apply.

Photos
Three photos at least, from your phone. They are stored on our own server, resized for you, and the location data is stripped off them before anything is published.

Price and words
Your asking price, and the headline and description. The AI will write both from your answers if you want it to — you read it through and change anything before it goes.
What you get, and what you do not pay
