1000 Rubyvale Road

The home is absolutely massive, and simply needs to be inspected to appreciate what is on offer here. The current owners have made the difficult decision to down size, ready for retirement, and that is why you have the opportunity to purchase such a gem. The home has 2 kitchens, loads of bench and cupboard space. Bedrooms with built - in warbrobes and storage space like you have never seen plus an ensuite and tv area.

There are 2 living areas and many other little spaces to get away and relax. The outdoor area is beautiful and cool and is the perfect spot to relax in after a day in the garden. There is a polunge pool in the outdoor area to literally cool off after a day in the garden. The home is completely off grid but can also tap into mains power. at the flick of a switch and there is mains power throughout the house you can use daily if you desire.

There is a bank of batteries, which the owner can give you the complete run down on how they work and where you buy any new ones from. There is plenty of water storage and also a bore. The garden on this property is next level. There are many fruit trees and almost every conceivable tree and shrub that you may or may not have ever seen. As I said, this is certainly a labour of love, and you will be impressed whe you see it.

This is one you need to inspet to appreciate. Contact Wendy Thornberry at Elders On Egerton on 0409-640056 to arrange your viewing today.
