For listing your own home on RealEstateAI: what you agree to, what we store, and how to have it deleted.

Listing your own home

Anyone signed in can list a property they own. Before a listing is submitted you must confirm two things: that you own the property or are authorised by the owner to list it, and that you own the rights to the photos you upload. We record that confirmation with the time and the address the request came from.

Every owner listing is read by a person here before it appears. Nothing you submit is public until it is approved, and we can decline a listing or take one down. A declined listing comes back to you with the reason.

You can have up to three listings live at once. An approved listing runs for 90 days and you can renew it in the last 30 days.

What you write, and what the draft tool writes

The description tool offers you a draft built from the facts you entered and any notes you added. It is a suggestion: nothing it writes is stored or published until you accept or edit it, and what we store is the text you accepted. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing either way.

Price suggestions are a range taken from what other sellers and agencies are currently asking for similar homes nearby. They are not a valuation, not advice, and not a prediction of what your home will sell for.

Your photos

Photos stay yours. By uploading them you allow us to show them on this site and to make smaller copies for the page to load quickly. Location data is removed from every photo before it is stored, including GPS coordinates, so an address is only ever shown because you typed it.

Your listing page credits the photos to you rather than to an agency.

What we store, and for how long

For a seller: the name and email address Google gives us when you sign in, the listing you wrote, the photos you uploaded, the enquiries people send about your listing, and a record of each change of status with the time it happened.

For a visitor who sends an enquiry: the name, email address and message, shown to the seller of that listing and to us.

We keep an owner listing while it is live or awaiting review, and its record of status changes afterwards so that we can answer a question about what happened to it.

Deleting your listing

You can withdraw a listing yourself at any time from your listings page, which takes it off the site immediately.

Deletion goes further than withdrawal: it removes the listing, every photo of it from our storage, and the enquiries sent about it. This is the one thing on this site we delete outright rather than mark as finished, because the content is yours and not an agency's.

Enquiries

An enquiry you send through a listing page goes to the seller of that property and is stored so they can read it. We are not a party to anything you then agree with them, and we do not check who they are beyond the approval described above.

The rest of the site

Listings that are not marked as being from a private seller are read from the agency networks' own public listing pages and shown as published. RealEstateAI is not a real estate agency: it does not sell, lease, appraise or negotiate, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any agency it lists. Confirm price and availability on the original listing before you act.
